Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (during holidays and occasions, processing takes 2-4 business days).
Delivery Time: Shipping takes 3-4 business days within Cairo & Giza, and 3-7 business days to other governorates in Egypt.
Order Tracking: You can track your shipment via the tracking number sent to your WhatsApp, or by contacting our page directly.

Exchange Policy (Exchange Only):

Timeframe: Exchanges are only applicable in case of a product defect or damage, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Return Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds/returns (Exchanges only for the conditions mentioned above).

Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for all shipping and exchange delivery fees, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged; in such cases, WALME will cover the shipping costs.

الشحن:
✔ تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 أيام عمل معادا الاعياد والمناسبات بيبقي خلال 2 يوم ل 4
✔ الشحن داخل مصر من 3–7 أيام حسب المحافظة والشحن داخل القاهره خلال 3 ل 4 ايام
✔ تتبع الشحنة متاح من خلال الرقم المرسل على الواتساب او البيدج

الاستبدال فقط:
✔ يمكن استبدال فقط في حاله تلف في المنتج من عندنا خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام
✔ يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات
✔ لا يوجد استرجاع
