يرجى التأكد من الطلب جيدًا قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

نحرص على متابعة الطلب مع العميل حتى استلام القطعة بأفضل شكل.

مدة التوصيل:

• القاهرة والجيزة: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

• باقي المحافظات: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

• لا يوجد استرجاع للطلبات بعد الاستلام.

• الاستبدال متاح فقط في حالة وجود تلف أو عيب واضح بالمنتج من جانبنا.

• في حالة وجود عيب بالمنتج، لا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم شحن خاصة بالاستبدال.

• يُرجى معاينة القطعة جيدًا عند الاستلام وفي وجود المندوب، بدون قياس، حرصًا على سلامة عملائنا.

• يجب التواصل معنا مع إرسال صور واضحة خلال48 ساعه اقصي مده من استلام الطلب

• يشترط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We carefully follow up with every customer until the order is delivered in the best condition.

Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 2 to 4 business days.

• Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days.

• Returns are not accepted after receiving the order.

• Exchanges are only accepted in case of a clear defect or damage from our side.

• In case of a defective item, the customer will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the exchange.

• Please inspect the item carefully upon delivery in the presence of the courier, without trying it on, for the safety and hygiene of our customers.

• Customers must contact us and provide clear photos within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the order
  

• Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.
